Marineland Antibes Has Flooded Before - Why Weren't They Prepared This Time?

Animal welfare organisations are asking why Marineland Antibes did not have preventative measures in place to protect its animals prior to last week's flooding, when the marine entertainment park in France has been flooded before - in 2011.​
