Congressman Takes Congressional Action To Protect Captive Orcas

From Congressman Jared Huffman: "Today I took the first Congressional action to protect captive orcas since the documentary Blackfish was released. 

It’s unacceptable that our regulations protecting captive orcas and marine mammals have not been updated in nearly 20 years. It is past time for USDA to act, and I was glad to be joined by Congressman Adam Schiff and 38 other members in this bipartisan push to protect these majestic creatures.
